I had a wonderful experience working with Jennifer, From our first meeting, she was attentive to my needs and truly listened to what I was looking for in a home. Her and her team was (Ladae and others) knowledge of the local market was impressive, and they provided invaluable insights that helped me make informed decisions. I felt supported and confident in every aspect of the transaction, which made what could have been a stressful experience much more enjoyable. I highly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Jen is very knowledgeable of the whole process, super available for communications, and house tours. With that said, as someone who was going through this their first time, I wouldn't recommend her. We had a lot of questions, like a lot, and she didn't seem to have the answers and often had to look it up on the spot sometimes it was just information that was readily available on the listing (which we already knew) but nothing more than that. Some of the touring agents provided information regarding things we should be looking for when touring a house and dropped knowledge we can use when touring future homes. We didn't feel Jen did that. When it came to submitting an offer it wasn't very clear what would be realistic to ask as part of the contract. For example, if the pipes are currently working but it's showing signs of future being needed we would ask is if it realistic to talk down the price for that imminent work? We were often met with "we can ask for whatever we want" but that doesn't really let us know if that's something realistic, common, or ideas of price reductions that may be reasonable. All in all, if you've done this song and dance before, she'll get you in and out of homes quick as she's super available. If you're new to the home buying process and would like someone that can educate you along the way, I would look for someone else.

Jennifer was flexible with our schedule and very patient while we took a long time to find our home. She was always on time and open to getting answers to our questions. She always responded to our texts and emails quickly was a huge help.
