Jessika has worked diligently to help close our property sale. After interviewing 16 realtors, I chose Jessika as she was one of two total that demonstrated integrity and honesty during the interview. She worked quickly to make all necessary arrangements to get the property listed and was never pushy or required me to do anything I wasn't comfortable with such as using a LockBox or allowing the company to install a for sale sign in the yard. She held an open house upon request and left the property spotless afterwards. During offers she kept me informed and provided documentation to support her advice. She always followed up with lenders for each offer to ensure the buyer was able to perform and let me know if there were any offers where the buyers were not pre-approved. She also verified repair request quotes by making arrangements for independent contractors to provide us with quotes to compare and understand if the buyers requests were either within reason or unusually inflated. During the contract processes she went above and beyond to keep everyone informed on each step of the process and diligently worked with buyers agents to get the required documentation even when they did not respond within the required timelines. The final buyers team ended up being very inexperienced. As neither of us had any experience with the buyers team we did not know in advance that there would be a myriad of issues that would arise. Many hurdles had to be overcome due to the nature of the buyers team and Jessika didn't give up and never once complained. She remained hopeful and supportive throughout the entire lengthy process. As we approached and passed the scheduled closing date, Jessika kept on top of things and demonstrated an understanding of real estate legal processes in such a situation. She presented solutions and options and allowed me to decide which route to take. Her behind the scenes diligence kept the buyers team moving forward and assisted them in understanding the urgency of the situation. Fortunately we were eventually able to close with Jessika's persistence and understanding of real estate law and requirements. She demonstrated integrity, honesty, persistence, an understanding of real estate procedures and processes. I very much appreciate her support and hard work ethic throughout the selling process.
