Right from the start John was patient and professional. I bought the house I wanted. John helped me to go through all details in very professional manner. Everything was explained at least 2 times for me to understand the process. His 20+ years of experience is a great advantage which I used for my benefit. I truly did not expect to get connected with someone that was as experienced, personable, honest, and patient as John. Over the last several months of viewing homes in various areas of south Florida, we didn't feel comfortable with call-up agents, and the amount of pressure and that we received from every stop. But John gave us the ease of looking through the properties, simply offering advice and perspectives, but not trying to push us in any way. He was super patient and detailed, always there to guide us when things got stressful. He's the kind of guy who's always on your side, ready to answer questions or address any problem directly. I can't say enough about how great it was working with John. We're very thankful to have him as our realtor.

Man, where to start? John went above and beyond to help us sell our condo and find a new home. He is extremely knowledgeable of the entire real estate process. He met us to look at every house we were interested in (and watched over our baby girl while we were looking at the houses) and knew all the areas very well, which helped us on the search to find a safe neighborhood. Not only was he there for us in person, once we decided to put an offer on a house he was available night and day via phone to answer all 1,000 questions we had and made sure we understood and felt comfortable with each decision during the process. We can’t thank John enough for all of the help and patience he gave us during the entire process. We 100% know we wouldn’t have got the dream home we were able to buy without John’s help.
