As a first time buyer, I had plenty of questions around the process of buying a house. John was very patient with my questions and answered them all. One of the strongest qualities of John is his excellent communication and strategies for putting the best offer. I never had to keep waiting for his responses and I appreciate that a lot since this process might be a bit overwhelming for a first time buyer and having some of the questions answered promptly makes a big difference around the overall experience. He is the one who will help you make the best offer but he always assured me that I will always be on the driver seat and make the final decision. I really appreciate this philosophy and highly recommend John for anyone looking to buy a house.
