Jon was amazing from the get go, he was always in our corner through the whole process, even when we changed our minds a few times. His communication skills are legion! He was always there when we called, emailed or messaged us back immediately and was always on top of any situation. When we got toward the end he helped guide us through a rather situation caused by the bank and felt more like a friend than anything. We really enjoyed the experience with Jon, Al and the whole Redfin team that helped us. If you have the chance to work with Jon, do it, you won't regret it and will want to buy another house for the positive experience you'll receive.
