Kateryna started in 2007, navigating the complexities of buying & selling homes in various market conditions. As a short-sales and foreclosure specialist, she was facilitating negotiations between banks and homeowners to sell properties for significantly less than the remaining mortgage balance. This unique experience and acquired skills have taught her strong negotiating skills. Kateryna's family moved to Seattle in 2006 for husband’s Microsoft job, which helped her understand how to work with Relocation clients. She is a loving wife & mom of 3 sons and German Shepherds dogs. Kateryna enjoys family vacations. Fluent in English, Russian and Ukrainian.

Kateryna worked hard for us and got the unit sold in two days. That said, we felt she was out of control with updates for selling the condo. We didn't know how some of the updates would result in top dollar, nor could she tell us how each update would result in top dollar. One way to communicate this would be show us a competitive analysis. I also ordered a nice Grohe kitchen faucet which she replaced on her own without any rationale. Luckily, I got my money back. She had the inside painted with Sherwin Williams, when Rhoda would have initially looked just as good and been cheaper.
