As a short-sales and foreclosure specialist, she was facilitating negotiations between banks and homeowners to sell properties for significantly less than the remaining mortgage balance. This unique experience and acquired skills have taught her strong negotiating skills. Kateryna's family moved to Seattle in 2006 for husband’s Microsoft job, which helped her understand how to work with Relocation clients. She is a loving wife & mom of 3 sons and German Shepherds dogs. Kateryna enjoys family vacations. Fluent in English, Russian and Ukrainian.
