Very happy ! Best website out of all of them and I love the ability to see flood zones, winds etc around each of the properties. My realtor, Kelly was very professional and stayed on top of everything. She has great energy. She is punctual , knowledgeable and very friendly. Not only would I use Kelly and Redfin again but I would recommend Kelly and Redfin to anyone looking to buy or sell their real estate. Thank you so much Kelly and Redfin…. I’m so so happy !!

I had great interactions with Kelly and would work with Kelly again. But some of the other Redfin team members left much to be desired.

In August of 2019 was the first short meeting with Kelly. It was a positive experience mainly because she was familiar with older homes which was a big reason why I connected with her. We didn’t actually end up putting our house on the market until April 2020. She followed up and I was a little surprised she didn’t want to come over and see the house again to refresh. Kelly was great with following up and staying in touch however it was hard to keep up with the fast sale pitches. At times we felt like she wasn’t on our side therefore some tension was created. For example a “pay back at closing” was something we never heard of and was hard to follow and stay on the same page. Selling and buying a house at the same time was extremely difficult, confusing and down right stressful. The process of The Offer Agreement, P&S, closing etc was very complex and hard to understand especially over the phone and she speaks very quickly which was hard to write or process anything. I am dyslexic and a visual person at times I felt disrespected when I didn’t understand because Kelly had to repeat herself and she sounded frustrate. I can understand her position but at times we didn’t feel she was working with us as a client. I give Kelly a five because it was challenging but the job got done and we all moved on. Thank goodness.

Kelly was key to helping us get a higher price on our house sale. She conducted a facetime walkthrough early on to help us decide what needed to be improved. She had us add a door and fix the closet to a basement room to create a bonus room. This increased the marketability greatly and had two very good offers immediately after listing. Her staff was very helpful in getting all expedited as well. All in-spite of Covid-19 challenges.
