Our experience with Kelly couldn’t have gone smoother. Kelly is a highly energetic professional who makes you feel like a close family friend. We called 3 agents to interview and had 3 very different experiences. An agent from a larger local CL agency arrived and walked rather quickly through our house. We sat down and she showed us the comps she ran prior to arriving. Her suggested price was surprisingly low and commission was surprisingly high. We’d be paying for the beautiful brochures that end up getting thrown away and fresh flowers I could buy myself. Kelly arrived, walked through taking extensive notes, measurements and asked many questions. She gave us a range but had to return to her office to run comps based on her notes! We agreed on a selling price and within a week had an open house, received numerous offers and ended $25,000 over listing. We were surprised that when you goggled our address we found Kelly had our house exposed to more than just the standard realty sites. Kelly really cares and goes above and beyond expectations and we couldn’t be happier!
