You definitely want Julie on your side when purchasing your home. She is knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and always has your back during the process. I just closed today on my new home and it couldn't have gone any smoother thanks to Julie. She even spent time helping me plan out the remodel I hope to do on the home. I highly recommend Julie as your agent.

This was my 6th home purchase/sell, and the ABSOLUTELY WORST experience I have ever had. Julie and her team did NOT listen to anything I said I needed/wanted in a home/offer, gossiped with different sellers agents to artificially increase offers, constantly changed her “advice” after speaking with members of her team (I.e., which shows that she is completely inexperienced and inept at making a decision on her own), and did not assist when I needed follow-up due to an issue with home that was not disclosed by seller. Overall, Julie was bossy, invaded my privacy, and went behind my back in speaking with lenders when I asked to stay out of my affairs. I would not recommend Julie and team to anyone.

Julie was incredibly helpful and patient for us as first time buyers. Throughout COVID, she took us to dozens of showings, quickly understanding what we really wanted and needed (even before we did!). We appreciated her honest advice and feedback. As someone who also works in a client advisory role, I really appreciated how Julie was confident in her advice but never put undo pressure on us. I highly recommend her!

I'm so glad I found Julie! She was very knowledgeable and she made sure I understood the different steps in the process. As a first-time home buyer, I found her expertise to be crucial to my decision-making. I viewed about a dozen properties with her, and she pointed out things that I wouldn't have noticed or thought about.
