Melissa is fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and motivated to do whatever's needed to get the job done. On a moment's notice she dove in to help me look at multiple options, craft offer letters -- ultimately, finding the perfect "home" (20 acres for building) for me and my energetic, special-needs rescue hound!
