5 years ago, I met Becky when I was getting ready to leave my home state of California to make a cross country move alone with my 4 kids; not knowing a soul in West Virginia and taking the risk of a lifetime to start my life over in the Mountain State. It was during the time when covid restrictions were at their peak and everyone was on edge being around new people. Becky welcomed me warmly and patiently showed me house after house. She answered my endless calls and text messages, always with a cheery attitude and never making me feel like a bother. My budget was small but she gave me all the time I needed to find the right house in the right neighborhood for my kids and I. She told me what I needed to know about local schools, where to shop, how to navigate downtown parking and what areas to avoid. She just made me feel so much more comfortable in a new place that was so far away from everything I knew. Fast forward to this summer and I was ready to take the plunge on a new bigger house that I could call my forever home. There was no other choice for me than Becky. I wasn’t sure exactly what I was looking for, but once again she gave me all the patience and showed my family and I several homes until we found the right one. We chose a house that had multiple offers, but Becky’s expertise ensured we landed the winning bid. She made the entire process easy and painless for us. Not only is she knowledgeable about her field, she is friendly, easy to talk to, and so much fun to be around. I can’t express how grateful I am to have met Becky and establish new roots in West Virginia. She is not only an exceptional realtor, she has become part of my family.
