Kristal is amazingly professional. She was beyond helpful, resourceful, gracious, patient, and always available when we needed her. We couldn't have done this without her. This process was overwhelming and intimidating until we met her. She made us feel comfortable and at ease through it all. Not only did she go above and beyond but she found our dream home. We are forever grateful for her help and professionalism.

We've worked with several real estate agents over the years, but never anyone as decent, principled, informative, and just plain likable as Kristal. Even when the market was weak during economic uncertainty, Kristal was such a pleasure to work with that we continued to enjoy the process and remained patient . . . until we sold to exactly the kind of buyers we had hoped for -- a professional couple with a child in a local school, and a dog that will love the neighborhoods and nearby park when being walked. Despite moving being an arduous process, we have such positive feelings and memories about the sale and about working with Kristal. I like the low commission charged by Redfin, and Kristal helped us negotiate our share of the commission for the buyer's agent.
