Laura Walden is an expert with Real Estate, she sold my house for a LOT more than I thought it was worth. She was great at helping navigate multiple offers and a very picky buyer. Laura was also great with advice and ideas during the remodeling, she helped me to focus on things that would be most effective in selling the house.
