Lee was great from the very beginning of our home purchasing journey. We started out not thinking that we were ready to purchase yet and looked at maybe purchasing a rental property. Our initial impression was that Lee knew what he was talking about, knew the areas we were looking at, and he was knowledgeable about the important aspects of a home - He didn't just hang out and let us look on our own- he walked and talked with us, and he wasn't there to pressure us or make us feel rushed into a decision either. As our decision shifted from purchasing a rental to finding a home to raise our family in, Lee was responsive and ready to put in offers - even when it was after 10pm. We finally found the home we were serious about and Lee went over and beyond to ensure we got what we wanted and more! Highly recommend Lee and Redfin. This is my first experience with Redfin and Lee knocked it out of the park. Since I'm out of state and meeting wasn't feasible, we had a video chat to get to know my needs and answer any other questions we may have for each other. I feel like Lee went above and beyond my expectations by checking in on the house, along with addressing some items in the inspection while we chatted. Lee was always very responsive and communicative, and even though he likely had a dozen other clients to deal with, I always felt like I was a priority through the whole process. I also appreciated being able to discuss the various offers that came through and him being able to put himself in my shoes and provide his expertise on discussing offers and counters. If I lived in the area, I would hands down use Lee again.
