Richard is an absolutely fantastic real estate agent! We were searching for a home out of state and explored several cities before ultimately choosing Omaha — largely because of the trust and confidence we felt working with Richard. He was endlessly patient as we considered our options, never rushed us, and never pressured us to buy just to close a deal. He answered our countless questions promptly and always with a smile. Because we weren’t local, Richard toured many properties on our behalf, sending detailed photos and videos to help us feel like we were there. When I did make a trip out to Nebraska, he had an excellent list of homes ready to show us. From start to finish, Richard went above and beyond in every possible way. There’s truly no one else I’d want to work with in Omaha — he’s simply the best!
