Michael was a fantastic realtor and would highly recommend using him if you are looking for a home in the area! Easy to communicate with, very patient (made him trek all over the city in a day to see a bunch of houses haha) and very knowledgeable, both on the home purchasing experience as well as what would be required to do work on the home or make changes. Michael had to navigate a ton of issues with seller communication due to the house being in a trust and did a great job. He was also really receptive to anything we asked, whether it be looking for extensions, or pushing harder on certain areas of the deal. If you are in the market for a home, either buying or selling, Michael is your guy.
