Maria was amazing! As a first time home buyer who had no clue what I doing, Maria was so helpful to me along the way. Plus I kept having to switch big and small things up, which I'm sure was frustrating but if she ever was frustrated with having to amend/resend contracts, she never showed it. Plus I work 2nd and 3rd shifts and my sleep schedule is all messed up and Maria was super helpful in communicating on my behalf only when she was 100% sure it was correct/ok and in showing a mix of patience/empathy with me while still being able to motivate me to get things done in instances where time and potential lose of (my) earnest money deposit was of the essence. Also her associates were super helpful as well. My house was in one @ a lower point then alot in the area but Maria gave me as much attention as a client who was buying a multi-million dollar home, or atleast how I'd imagine they'd feel lol.
