I truly cannot say enough good things about Matt. From day one, Matt went above and beyond every step of the way. Matt is incredibly knowledgeable, quick to respond, and I felt he genuinely had our best interests at heart. No question was ever too small, and he always took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly. Whether it was a late night phone call or text (I kept forgetting about the time difference), advice, or handling any issues, Matt made what could have been a stressful experience feel more manageable and definately not so scary. If you are looking for an agent who is professional, trustworthy, and truly cares about his client, look no further. I would recommend Matt, without hesitation, to family and friends. And if the need ever arises again, I would definately work with Matt again.

Matthew is very knowledgeable in the carpenter/construction field which helps him and his buyers in making decisions! He caught things we may have missed on a couple of our showings. Keeping us from making bad decisions. He truly is looking out for his buyers. Couldn’t recommend him more. Fantastic customer service. Answered all our questions along they and helped us in buying or new home. Made a Freind along the way.

Went out of his way to show us every home we requested and some homes were about an hour apart, going from one end of the lake to the other end. We were from out of town and he made sure he was available when ever we came in town. Thanks for everything Matthew.
