I absolutely adore Monica. She helped us get our forever home. As first time home buyers we had sooooooo many questions. She was attentive, helpful, patient, and really made the process feel easy. We were buying from out of state, so she helped us find the right people in town that we might need for additional work. She gave us places to check out, dog parks in our area, restaurants, etc. She's funny, thoughtful, and really has your back. Beyond grateful that we found her.

Monica went above and beyond to find us a home while moving to the area from out of state. She sent us videos and scheduled back to back showings for us to fit in when we would come to town to view. She always seemed to be one step ahead and very knowledgeable with the area and trends. Could not have been happier with Monica’s assistance with buying and now selling our home!

Monica went above and beyond to advocate for us during our home buying process. She always responded to our texts and calls quickly. She helped get under contract when there was a competing offer. Our inspections turned up numerous problems, and we were prepared to walk away from the house. She was able to recommend trades that put things into perspective and negotiated with the sellers agent to ensure that everything was repaired before we closed. We wouldn't have this house if it weren't for her diligence and dedication. We can't thank her enough.
