When I first became a licensed real estate agent in 2002, I attended an Ethics class and the speaker said words I'll never forget:"Worry about your clients, not your commission, and success will follow." That became my mantra and I decided to break away from the traditional approach to real estate. Our open house was a big success, with potential buyers lined up in their cars down the street, waiting for their turn. Niki's advice on how to present the house was spot on. The intense interest in the house brought on competitive bidding. The first bid backed out, but Nike then brought us an even higher bid, substantially above asking. Again, NIki maintained a steadfast, positive outlook throughout....and in the end, it all worked out.
