We met with two other agents before Patricia - and it was her friendliness, market knowledge & experience, and professionalism which made her stand out miles above the others! It was her personable character, her confident yet realistic expertise - and her complete and total understanding of our situation - which made it a "no contest" to list our home with Patricia. We took ALL of her suggestions and advice - and sold the home in 6 DAYS! Closed in just 1 MONTH - got full asking price and Patricia was a critical part of the whole process! Patricia does not treat you like a paycheck, she treats you like she's on your team, and that's not a cheesy saying, that is REALLY what she's like. And her extended team (especially Erin) were always there and helpful whenever Patricia wasn't. If you have the opportunity to work with Patricia - DO IT!
