Purchasing a home after a recent divorce and as a single mother is an extremely stressful experience especially when relocating to a new area, however Penny made it a breeze. She worked to get to know myself and my daughter and help us find the perfect town and home for us. Penny is extremely knowledgeable and equally compassionate. I highly highly recommend her!

Penny was very helpful with the selling of my townhouse /condo in Millsboro. She assessed the property and provided feedback on what I could do to make it ready to sell. Once the property was listed, she communicated the status of each visit by prospective buyers. She helped me adjust the price after 2 months on the market and I received a contract almost immediately. Penny continued to interact between all individuals involved in the transaction until settlement date. She kept me well informed of the status of the proceedings. I highly recommend Penny if you are in need of a realtor in MD or DE.
