I joined Redfin after a career in advertising and direct marketing, including two stints at Yahoo!. As I thought about embarking on a second career in real estate, Redfin was the ONLY real estate brokerage for me. Why? Redfin's mission statement (to "Redefine real estate in the consumer's favor") spoke to me. On the buy-side Redfin is simplifying the home buying process by leveraging technology to assist buyers in searching for a home via the app and website. No other real estate brokerage provides on-demand touring with a licensed real estate agent who is a full-time employee, not an independent contractor.

What made this notable is that we transacted this sale entirely from Colorado while the condo was in Maryland.
