I have purchased homes and this aquisition has been the quickest and easiest transaction yet. She helped my get the price reduced due to needed repairs. I'm in and still working on an electrical issue but it's an easy fix. Looking forward to landscaping and painting this spring. A special thanks to Rhonda for the special gift for my home.
