Rich was amazing to work with. My situation was a little unique. I was living out of state. I put all my trust into Rich and he did not fail me. He took care of everything from hiring a contractor to do upgrades and repairs to get it ready for sale. I also had renters that I had a hard time getting them out of my home. He stood by me and in the end we sold house before it was listed and I received more than my asking price. Rich listens well and understands his clients needs. I would use Rich again and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Rich was extremely knowledgeable and very professional during our extended house purchasing experience. As first time buyers we learned a ton through Rich and ended up with way more house than we thought was possible.
