After a year of home hunting with spenser , we finally landed our starter home in San Meteo. Spenser is very proactive, and responsive towards our inquiries. I like the fact he is good at explaining things, whenever we have a question, he always records a short zoom videos with his thoughts and supports with data. He is also not too pushy on bidding, I know some agents will do that to close a deal. We've decided not to bid beyond our affordability, and he totally respects that.

Jessie did an amazing job with helping us through our first home-buying experience. In particular, we really appreciated her proactiveness on resolving issues and chasing down loose ends as well as her excellent communication skills. Even after close, she has been a huge help with answering questions and handling EV charger installation, which has been truly above and beyond. We were able to find a home that we love and buy it for below asking price thanks to Jessie's hard work, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to a friend.
