He gave his recommendations but let us make the final decision on the listing price. He did two days of open house when in the market you really don’t need to. Just goes to show he will go above and beyond for his clients. He is currently giving us new listings in the area we want to buy. I would recommend calling him when you are ready to buy or sell.
