I met Rocky by accident when looking at a property from a sign call. Although that property did not work out as it was already under contract, I went ahead and stuck with Rocky (I am an agent in another state so I was needing someone who was experienced, responsive, and could just really get the job done for me to my satisfaction as well). I liked the shared knowledge he provided, and he was always on top of everything. Contract negotiations went smooth and from start to finish I am very happy with the way everything was handled through Rocky and his Team at Redfin. Rocky was really great to work with! We had some very specific needs and tight parameters to work with, and none of that seemed daunting to him. He kept us motivated and positive when we were starting to get frustrated with the tight market. He had great insights on issues with houses that we would not have thought about, and gave us great advice.
