Roze did an overall good job managing the sale of my home, though she did not warn me how complicated a “contingent” sale could become, and sure enough, my sale was a bit of a mess, thanks mostly to my buyer asking to change the deal at the last minute, then failing to finish his own contingent sale until very late on the day of closing, and not communicating adequately. We got through it, but it was not easy, nor was my wire transfer as expected. That took 4 full days beyond “closing”, thanks to these delays, a weekend and a bank holiday. A bad set of circumstances, some of which we really should have foreseen and tried to avoid or mitigate. I will, next time.

Didn't do much in finding the home for me, not sure why I went with her to sale my home. I asked her to retrieve an item from the home that I left, NO RESPONSE. Once she got her commission was even less effort she put forth. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

She was very professional and walked us through the whole process. She even took the time to do a table to show a side-by-side comparison of the offers we had. She presented all the information, but there was never any pressure for us to make a decision based on her financial gain. She was even able to get the buyer to back off some credits they were asking for.This is the third house that we have sold and this has been the best experience we have ever had.
