Sam is a consummate professional. He was exceedingly helpful in the purchasing of my house. He consistently followed up with stakeholders when I had issues, to include the seller, my mortgage provider (the bank), lawyers, my banker, and everyone else involved in the process of my acquiring of the house. He was extremely friendly, always prompt, and amenable to any concerns or issues that I had with the purchasing process. There were a number of times that I called Sam late at night with an issue related to the house purchase and he took further action to remedy my then concern. My mortgage provider took significantly longer than they should have to ensure my house closed, for reasons that are still hard to determine. Sam was nearly daily on the phone with said bank to ensure they completed their portion of what was necessary to proceed through the different phases of the loan approval process. Though I have never worked with a realtor before, I came to understand from my parents that he was clearly highly capable and a cut above his peers. I am appreciative of the tireless work he has put into the acquisition of my house. While it is not relevant to this performance review, he is also an enjoyable person to be around and funny. I would highly recommend Sam’s services to anyone looking to purchase a house in the greater Fayetteville area, particularly if you are a service member as he was highly accommodating of my difficult schedule and time conflicts.
