I have been in the real estate business since 2004, first as a lender and since 2007 as a REALTOR®. Utilizing my experience as both a lender and REALTOR® I have been able to apply my expertise to help clients with the purchase and or sale of their home. I have worked with investors to identify, renovate, and develop almost 400 properties in the greater Chicago area. I am also working on land & lot development with the purpose of constructing new single family homes. This includes identifying potential areas and lots, developing the specifications and selections for each property, and then the sales and marketing of the home. Most recently I've had the opportunity to join Redfin. I am excited about this tremendous opportunity and the world class resources Redfin has to offer
