I was connected with Shacora through Redfin. I was an out of state, first time home buyer looking for a home to purchase in Phoenix, AZ. I had very little knowledge of the area, however with Shacora’s help, I was able to learn a lot about Phoenix and purchased my first home. Since I was out of state, Shacora and I connected over the phone and zoom. We first met through a Zoom meeting and Shacora went over the whole home buying process and also the different areas of Arizona. A few weeks into the process, I flew to Arizona and met with Shacora who took us all around Phoenix and surrounding areas to show us homes that were on the market. In doing so, Shacora was able to get insight in what I was looking for in my first home. Throughout the process, Shacora would record videos and complete walk throughs of homes that met my criteria and that I was interested in. We were able to find my perfect home in a month and closed in 2 weeks! Shacora was exceptional to work with. She was always responsive, she provided suggestions and options when necessary and listens to our needs. I also appreciate that even after closing I am still able to connect with Shacora regarding to my home. I would recommend Shacora for all real estate needs.

Shacora Milanovic was the best realtor my family ever had. A friend referred me to her, and I was quite apprehensive at first.
