In my life before real estate, I worked in a variety of high level customer service jobs and executive administrative positions. I learned valuable lessons during that time, many of which I still use to this day. A few to note, include a view of what true customer service looks like, thinking and responding diligently and quickly to any situation, and finally providing guidance when it is needed and all while being people focused.
