Shephanie was an awesome agent. highly recommend her. very accommodating and went above and beyond in educating me.

So many things to list. I bought a house sight unseen and feel duped. Specifically asked if there was chipping paint and other visual issues. There are many issues she could have told me about. House was filthy. She told me it was clean, I guess clean is relative. Got to the house and was locked out. Had to sit outside for 30 minutes for her to answer her phone and tell me where she hid the key. Entire process felt rushed with her.
