He sat at the closing and let the buyer charge me double agent fees off the price. He was the one who even said don't say no to paying buyer fees and instead raise the price to cover half which left the door open for the double fees, He wasn't working for me he was incompetent or an accessory !!! I was charged $9900 in buyers fees and he said nothing, I thought it was a missouri tax ! Redfin is a JOKE !!!!!!!!

I’m sorry to hear that you left your closing feeling frustrated and unclear about the fees associated with the transaction. My goal throughout every transaction is to make sure my clients understand the terms they are agreeing to and feel informed and supported through closing.
For clarification, the expenses referenced were not duplicate agent fees. Earlier in the transaction, the purchase agreement included a 3% buyer-agent commission and a separate 3% contribution toward the buyer’s closing costs. Both terms were agreed to as part of the negotiated purchase agreement and were also reflected in the net proceeds estimate provided prior to closing.
I recognize from this feedback that I could have done a better job ensuring there was complete clarity around these expenses and their purpose. I take that feedback seriously and will use it to strengthen how I communicate these terms with my clients going forward.5.0
Steve is fantastic. We were buying from out of state and he went above and beyond to help us. The house we settled in we purchased sight unseen. A bit nerve racking, but Steve was very thorough in creating a video and providing his opinion. The house is perfect and I would definitely recommend Steve to anyone.
