If I had any friends buying or selling, I would certainly steer them Steve's direction! He was patient, listened to our changing plans as we came to realize what we wanted and where, and helped us figure out price range and needs. We started late in the "shopping" season, but he stuck with us through all the rough spots! Now, we have got to sell the other home, but have every confidence Steve will still be the rockstar realtor to get it done!

I enjoyed working with Steve although most of my contact was either online or phone as I lived in another city. He was quick to film a few houses that appealed to me including the one I purchased. I appreciated his openess and honesty, also his quick return of phone calls. He is and was very personable with a good sense of humor and knowledge of the market. He did his job well.
