As first time home buyers we were incredibly nervous given our limited knowledge of the start to finish home buying process, but Nancy was there every step of the way and she helped us purchase the home of our dreams without a hitch! We gave Nancy our wish list, and she turned every stone to find us the perfect home. She wanted to help us find our dream home, so she never pushed us into making offers on homes that didn't meet our needs, rather she used that information to make decisions on home we should and should not see to save us time. She was available any time we needed her, giving us a call to quickly answer all of our questions or show us a home any time we sent her a text. She constantly provided us updates as we were going through the process, and helped us prep next steps so the process wouldn't be delayed. Nancy felt like more of a friend and mentor throughout the process than our real estate agent, and we're so thankful we worked with her!
