To any potential home buyers looking for an absolutely excellent real estate agent , that is professional , kind , patient and trustworthy , Tim is highly recommended . He always showed up on time , was available constantly for any questions and did such a great job negotiating ( even with a language barrier ) our needs and is such a nice guy that made our first home purchase a pleasant and smooth experience ! Even when we needed remediation for some mold issues he handled it Swimmingly in our favor . Tim is the best !
