Everyone’s experiences are different. This process was difficult than any other home I’ve sold using a realtor. My area of frustration using this realtor was her approach to dissemination of information. She was selective in providing information to the client. She provides information that she believes will get her closer to getting that deal close with commission. In my experience, she played too much to opposing side and not for her client. That was my experience from day one. It never changed even up until closing. I lost out on at least 15,0000 thousand or more. I just didn’t believe she had a client first approach in my case. I think she’s very knowledgeable but somewhat unorganized asking for emails already sent. I typically don’t submit reviews but this experience warrants a review. If you ask questions, like to be informed, or want to be asked before realtors make decisions on your behalf, you might want to reconsider using her services. If you desire an agent that takes off and run the whole show with little or no engagement or checkins, she night be your choice.
