I highly recommend Ty specially if you are a 1st time homebuyer. I don’t know anything about buying house and specially about paperwork and signing documents. But don’t you worry Ty help me to all of that basically he’s the one who did all and every time I need to sign something I just sent it to him and he’ll give me the thumbs up to sign it. He’s the type of guy has always have a game plan and he works whatever good for you and whatever easy for you. To be honest people keep saying it’s very stressful to buy a house but in my experience from Ty being my agent it’s stress free! And once again from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU Ty for making my dream come true.
