Vidya has been absolutely fantastic throughout our entire home buying journey. My partner and I are first-time homeowners, and we knew very little about the process of finding and purchasing a new home. It was intimidating, and we didn't really know where to start. Vidya worked with us from the very beginning, and then for over a year, as we searched for the perfect home. She asked and learned about our specific preferences, our price range, our ideal locations, and in general everything we were looking for. We were very picky! Despite how long it took, Vidya was always extremely patient with us, supportive, and answered all of our questions promptly. She helped us navigate complicated offers, back-and-forth with seller agents, and even attended open houses with us so we knew what to look for. She was able to recommend specific contacts for all stages of the buying process - inspectors, lenders, and more. I really can't recommend Vidya enough! We could call her almost at any time of the day and she was always available. She is well connected and has a variety of contacts that she can help you with during the whole process, right from the house-hunt phase and even after closing, which is incredibly rare! We also had the opportunity and fortune to work with a few of her colleagues at this time, Sue and Su and both of them were very kind and patient and flexible with their time.
