Working with Francis and his team was great and we highly recommend them!! We were first time homebuyers and didn’t know anything about the home buying process. However, Francis took absolute great care of us and walked us through every step. He was very patient with us, always made time for our questions (and we had a lot), and was very understanding of our buying limitations. He got to know our family to understand exactly what home would fit us best. He is very responsive and kept good communication. He did research into numerous potential houses and accompanied us on multiple open house visits. After we closed, he celebrated us and our success with our family, and we thought that was such a thoughtful gesture. He is professional and cares for his clients.
