Quick on the final day. Seemed a bit flustered leading up to that point. My bestie is an owner of a title company. She’s very knowledgeable and tried to keep on top of things without reimbursement. I thought there were too many cooks in the title company’s kitchen at Independence. I am no expert but I think they could have been a bit more personable and involved at times. Bottom line, it got done. I just thought it could have been a little more up close and personal. I am still not used to feeling like everything was discombobulated.
