The title company representative did not notify about signing in a timely manner and so we lost 2 days in closing. The representative said she tried my phone several times, but she did not email to notify (and we had multiple emails back and forth until that point anyways). Was hard to get hold of her during closing. My agent had to struggle to get the title company representative to respond. It all ended well, but there was some stress in the final closing process.

The worse title company I ever worked with. Absolutely ZERO point. As specially Venetia Vogel-Ross VP | Branch Manager | Senior Escrow Officer Chicago Title Company. Not a friendly pushy ...All they look after there commission. They don`t care there clients. Very poor service. Only what this office can do great is, giving hard time to the clients. I was fed up with this office. Never ever recommend it. I regret working with them.
