Excellent work!

I saw a difference on some of the documents we received vs the final document. I called the company to leave a message. If you don't know a person, you're out of luck. I tried using their operator message service, but you can't leave a message. I did leave a message for Keralin Lopez. 2 in fact. Never heard back from her. i would say it's one the worst company message systems I've ever encountered.

Jill Stonebraker was extremely helpful in making the entire process smooth. She was very responsive and seemed to work all hours of the day and night. Sabine and Jill worked well together to make things happen. We were very satisfied with North American, especially Jill.

Communication from North American Title Company was simple and clear. I value their adoption of email encryption due to the potential sensitive personal data in the transaction and communication. I had an extensive out of state business trip during the closing and North American Title hired a mobile notary to complete the paper work with me in a different state. Although the out-of-state notary did not have sufficient knowledge about CA taxation and real estate requirements to assist me in completing the closing paperwork, resources from the North American Title made themselves available over the phone. Overall, it was a great experience working with North American Title.
