Responses to the communication over email/phone was delayed (I'd to CC other folks) to get the answers to my emails and had hard time connecting to Venetia (escrow officer).
On the day of closing (signing papers) Venetia was so anxious to attend office event in the evening that we got an urgent call to show up in 1hr and complete all the paper work within another 1hr.
I hope this can be improved and we got choice to choose Title company earlier in the process to shop around for Owners/Title's insurance as the quote looked very pricey comparing my experience w/ earlier title company.
