Despite a horrible selling experience, at least Escrow kept us in the loop despite not being able to close when we planned due to the sellers changing banks at the last minute. No one communicated that to us. So, not the best communication but that’s probably due to the realtor more than escrow. Also couldn’t get the sellers to sign in the morning so we could easily close the house we were buying the next day. Instead sellers signed in the afternoon, moving everything over yet another day. Very frustrating experience.
