Cornerstone Title Company

There were a couple of bumps in the road, but eventually closing did happen and there were no delays. I do very much appreciate Cornerstone being very careful to make sure customers do not get ensnared by the rampant wire fraud. Thank you!

Smooth and prompt closing. They were always available for a quick consultation on any questions along the filling of documents for the closing.

It was okay working with Cornerstone Title Company. They were not always communicative, and sometimes, communication was unclear. But I understand that this is a busy time, and they got the job done in advance. So we are happy, overall.

Simply easy - Cornerstone staff was friendly and responsive. COVID safe and sent an agent to our house to sign + notarize documents. Well prepared and in just a few minutes we were done.

They were very responsive to all our queries, quick to respond and clarified every doubt we had. Even though there were some hurdles in our closing I would totally recommend them because they were on top of everything and helped us close quickly.

Very communicative. However, the closing documents we signed were a bit weird. Some pages required two signatures and dates and only had one line. Very odd. No major problems with the Title Company's work, though.

Efficient but missed the new rule on so had to return twice for signing.

Absolutely the worse title company in the world. The escrow officer was incooperative, non-responsible, slow to answer any questions, and rude at the signing appointment. They refuse to draw loan documents at the last minute, making me having to scramble for another escrow service company to do so, almost had the deal fall through because of their delay. Never, ever, use Cornerstone. They are a micky-mouse small company, non-branded, and offer poor service. If you want your transaction to go wrong or unpleasant, go for it. I would never want to deal with a company like them and would advice anyone reading this to spread the word about their terrible operation, a tiny one-office company.

Our experience says title company was friendly to the listing agent and not to the buyer's agent.
