The agent that we worked with was not very communicative, but the mobile notary was great.

We worked with Thuy Tran, the Escrow Officer at Cupertino Office. She is excellent, and communicated promptly to all our emails and queries. Our contract was accepted on late Friday evening, and she responded multiple times over the weekend as well to our questions. Overall the process went very smoothly with Thuy and Fidelity National title company.

Fidelity was pretty responsive and provided a quick turnaround on some of my questions. They were also courteous when I stopped by the office. There were some delays to the timeline that may or may not have been outside of their control, but I was a little concerned about missing some deadlines as a result. The notary that they sent was also a little difficult to work with - reluctant to deliver my signed documents to escrow because she was not provided with a paid envelop to do so. Ultimately my agent and lender took matters in their own hands to make sure that my documents were delivered on time and my property went through.

There were many delays. At some point they also couldn't locate my wire transfer. This was stressful.

Very professional and very helpful. We highly recommend Thuy.

They did their job, but a lot of math errors when calculating the amount i had to pay, i had to review the math 4-5 times. Also i had to wait for quit some time in their office , even though i was on time for their appointment.
