The person handling our case appeared inexperienced and made multiple simple paperwork mistakes. They even initially emailed the wire instructions to our Redfin agent and realized that they should send it to the buyer only after our agent told them so. We spent so much time going back and forth with them just so that we can close on time. They responded quickly, but were confused about where the issues were. We had to fill out blank forms ourselves and send it to them. We thought escrow should have taken care of everything and our responsibility is just to sign the documents and wire the payments. Unfortunately this turned out to be a very stressful experience.
